Training sessions often involve people meeting each other for the first time. This is a fun little ice breaker question generator I made using Storyline 360’s random number variable.

Grubhub Restaurant Care

One of my favorite and most successful lesson designs was while I designed and facilitated training for Restaurant Care at Grubhub in my early days as an Instructional Designer.

Soft Skills Lessons

Customer Service employees of all kinds are often asked to do work that requires a lot of emotionally intelligent communication. At Evolent, I developed a Soft Skills curriculum which would be delivered as part of the instructor-led training for customer-facing employees.

Infographics

Infographics are a powerful job aid. They engage the learner visually while providing concise bursts of information.

For new learners, infographics can help them recognize and focus on key points, strengthening their ability to interpret and connect with the material overall and preventing important information from getting lost over long days of instruction. For those experienced in the material, infographics are useful as a quick reference or communication aid.
